6.1 Organisers
All organiser pricing, deposits, and payment terms will be agreed in writing. Invoices must be paid within the agreed timeframe.
Late payment may result in delayed results publication, suspension of services, or withholding of deliverables.

Entry fees are collected on behalf of event organisers unless stated otherwise. TE Sports Timing does not control entry pricing or refund decisions.
7. Refunds & Cancellations
7.1 Organisers
Cancellation terms for services will be confirmed at the time of booking. Costs incurred prior to cancellation may still be payable.
7.2 Participants
Refunds, deferrals, or transfers are subject to the event organiser’s policy. TE Sports Timing cannot issue refunds unless explicitly authorised by the organiser.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, systems, designs, software, timing data structures, and platform functionality remain the intellectual property of Tri And Enter Events Ltd, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Participants and organisers may not reproduce, copy, or redistribute content without prior written permission.
9. Data Protection & Privacy
TE Sports Timing processes personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and applicable data protection legislation.
Personal data may be shared with event organisers solely for the purpose of event administration, timing, safety, and communication.

10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
