Join us for the Why Not Tri Aberaeron Triathlon a big, brilliant day of swimming, cycling, and
running in the heart of West Wales. Whether youre a seasoned triathlete or taking on your first
multisport challenge, this is your chance to push your limits, soak up the atmosphere, and be part of
a vibrant community event supporting local causes.
Choose the challenge that suits you:
Try a Tri – A friendly, confidence building introduction for newcomers
Sprint Triathlon – A rewarding test for experienced athletes
Sprint Relay – Share the challenge with 2–3 teammates
All races are chiptimed, giving you accurate results as you take on Aberaeron’s newest triathlon
course.
Bring your friends, family, and supporters the event village will be buzzing with music, food, and
entertainment. Whether you're racing, cheering, or simply soaking up the seaside atmosphere, it’s a
day that celebrates fitness, fun, and community spirit.
Come for the pain… finish with chips on the harbour wall.
Try a Tri / Youth: 200m pool swim · 10k road cycle · 3k run
Sprint: 400m swim · 20k cycle · 5k run
Relay: Sprint distance, completed by 2–3 team members
